Who has the Best Customer Service Staff in the Little Rock Food Scene?

Lately I have done a lot of thinking about customer service and the places we eat. I use the term customer service because there are a number of great food trucks, coffee shops, market booths, and others in town without a true front house staff.
In food writing we tend to put a lot of emphasis on chefs and business owners, however it is those people who have the most customer interaction that tend to have the biggest impact on a meal.
So many times we have had an exceptional waiter make up for a mediocre meal. At the same time we have had some great meals ruined by poor service and unfriendly staff.
So we want to take a moment from our chef love and recognize those in the front who make or break a dining experience. We want to take nominations on the best individual server/waitress/barista/person who hands you food and the best overall front house (servers, waiters, hostess, maître d) in the Little Rock area (Pulaski, Saline, Faulkner counties).
Use the form below. We will accept votes until next Wednesday. We will do a full write-up with photos on the winners and pull some of your quotes. If you want to keep your name anonymous just check the box. If you do not know the name of the server I am sure you can call the restaurant or give us a basic description and we will find out for you.
