Last night we had our latest signature dinner at Three Fold Noodle and Dumpling Co. While Three Fold is known for their quick order noodles and dumplings, owner and chef Lisa Zhang prepared an original 10 course dinner (yes, 10) featuring traditional dishes from various regions of China.
The meal really showcased Zhang’s culinary talent and showed that the entire staff was more than capable of being as good as any restaurant in town at all levels.Three Fold delivered a top 10 meal all time in the state for me and the descriptions of each dish and their importance to Chinese cuisine and culture sealed the deal.
