South on Main doesn’t treat Little Rock with brunch often, but when they do Chef Matthew Bell and team usually nail it. More regular brunches are on their way for the restaurant, kicking off with Easter Brunch on April 5th.
The new brunch menu looks as good as the special brunches before it. This round’s menu features some great looking options such as breakfast tacos, veggie hash, and a fried oyster eggs Benedict. The big talk of the menu will likely come from their “Fil’a on a Sunday” which is South on Main’s take on a Chick-Fil-a sandwich complete with waffle fries.
“We ran a very similar sandwich before that we called a Pride Chicken Sandwich. We start with a chicken thigh that is battered and fried,” Chef Bell tells us.
The brunch will be walk in only, no reservations, from 10 am – 2 pm. Full menu below
