Christmas is the second most frequently closed time for restaurants and other businesses around town (after Thanksgiving). Thankfully there are a few great options willing to leave their doors open for customers who want to spend a little less time cooking, and a little more enjoying the season.
Here we have a list of confirmed openings Christmas Eve and Christmas day including a larger number of local spots. As always, remember most worker are giving up their holiday, so tip a little extra and show a little patience with short staff.
One Eleven: Open for breakfast and dinner on Christmas Eve. Dinner is by reservation from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. with a set menu at $95 per person and $35 per child. Call (501) 370-7011 for more details.
Capital Bar and Grill: Stop for a delicious Eggnog or other hearty libations on Christmas Eve.
Southern Gourmasian: Pick up your favorite SG dish for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Cache Restaurant: Open regular hours on Christmas Eve.
Three Fold Noodle and Dumpling Co.: Grab your favorite Three Fold entree or snack from 11 a.m. to 5:30p.m.
Trio’s Restaurant: Open for lunch until 2 p.m. and will be opened Saturday and Sunday as usual.
Zaza’s Fine Salad + Wood Oven Pizza Co: Grab a pizza to cure your appetite on Christmas Eve until 3 p.m.
Arthur’s Prime Steakhouse: Grab some grub from one of Little Rock’s premier steakhouses. Call (501) 821-1838 for further details.
Oceans at Arthurs: Satiate your hunger during regular hours on Christmas Eve.
Riverfront Steakhouse: Open regular hours.
kBird: Catch some great Thai food for lunch. kBird will not be serving dinner on Christmas Eve.
Forty Two: The restaurant will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Heights Taco & Tamale Co.: Swing by this Heights favorite to ease that last minute shopping stress until 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
Local Lime: Catch your favorite dish until 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
Big Orange: Both locations will be open until 3 p.m. with great cocktails, burgers and more on Christmas Eve.
South on Main: Grab a craft cocktail and delicious Southern faire for lunch, but skip dinner, as South on Main will close early.
The Faded Rose: One of Little Rock’s favorite Cajun inspired eateries will be open until 9 p.m.
Sushi Cafe: Get your roll on for normal business hours Christmas Eve.
Kemuri: Open with their regular menu.
Mylo Coffee Co.: For last minute coffee gifts or to fuel your last minute shopping, Mylo will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
Juice Bar Little Rock: If you feel you need a healthier option to survive the threat of holiday sweets, check out the bar from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
Mimi’s Café: If you are an early riser and last minute shopper, head to Mimi’s at 7 a.m. for some reindeer fuel. The restaurant will continue service until 8 p.m.
Ya Ya’s Euro Bistro: The restaurant will be serving the regular menu from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Vino’s Brewpub: If you want to add a calzone to that pizza craving, head over to Vino’s for one of theirs, and while you’re at it grab a pint. The restaurant plans to close early.
Zangna Thai Cuisine: The eatery plans to be open regular hours on Christmas Eve.
SO Restaurant-Bar: Open regular hours. Bonus – stop by for a cocktail or glass of wine to drown that last-minute stress.
Star of India: Open regular hours.
The Pantry: Both locations will be open until 8 p.m., the eatery will remain closed through Sunday.
Loca Luna: Get out to the restaurant early, as they plan to close early on Christmas Eve.
Red Door: Grab dinner from 5 to 8 p.m.
Sushi Café: Both locations will be open on Christmas Eve.
Luby’s: The restaurant will be open, but may close early.
Chi’s: All locations will be open for your food needs on Christmas Eve.
Pizza D’s: Open for drinks and entrees on Christmas Eve.
A. W. Lin’s Asian Cuisine: Open regular hours.
Mr. Chen’s Authentic Chinese Cooking: Don’t forget this eatery if you’re in the mood for Chinese.
Cantina Laredo: Open for last-minute shoppers, but may close early.
Taj Mahal Indian Cuisine: Avoid cooking and let Taj Mahal take care of your lunch or dinner needs.
Lulu’s Crab Boil: Depending on business the eatery might close early, but plans to stay open until 9:30 p.m. depending on the demand.
Capital Bar and Grill: On Christmas Day CBG will serve a limited menu. Opt for the Cobb Salad, the Burger which can be dressed up with an egg or house-cured bacon alongside Parmesan Fries, or the Pimento Grilled Cheese. There will be appetizers including Spiced Pecans and Seafood Gumbo, and dessert consists of Carrot Cake. Don’t stress, as no reservations are required.

Riverfront Steakhouse: If you’re craving brunch on Christmas Day, Riverfront Steakhouse will offer a complete service from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The package includes a ham carving station, roasted turkey, and an omelet and waffle station.
