That’s So Raw has been one to watch over the past year. From growing their catering business to opening a Jacksonville brick-and-mortar, they have successfully carved a niche. While the momentum is on the upswing, Chef Kendalyn Mckisik and business savvy Natashia Burch figure it’s not quite time to sit back and relax.
When the two got wind that Bo Bennett, mastermind behind Garden Press, was selling his business, they jumped at the chance. Garden Press aims to provide live, raw juice to the masses in Central Arkansas, and as Mckisik said, “We felt a special connection to Garden Press from the beginning.”
The two are ecstatic that they will be able to continue the hard work Bennett put into the branding, motto, and ethics already entrenched in Garden Press. Now they are able to grow health concepts from the That’s So Raw brand, as Burch added, “Juicing was a natural next step for our wellness catering business.”
The duo plans to “hit the ground running,” which means Garden Press fans will not have to wait long. Look for a big debut at the opening weekend of the Bernice Garden Farmer’s Market.
