They have not decided on a name for the spot yet, but it will be located at 3000 Kavanaugh at the previous M Salon spot, in the same building where La Terraza is located. This will also make it a convenient connection between the two and expect to see the group tease out some upcoming items by offering it at La Terraza.
In terms of concept, they want the spot to be geared toward fresh and healthy breakfast options that are all family friendly.
“We are not focusing on a specific cuisine style, rather we are looking for ways to incorporate fresh and healthy options on the menu,” co-owner Sarah Bolanos tells us. “With COVID we have found ourselves and a lot of others eating healthier and looking for fresh options. We plan to have a number of juice offerings and a variety of unique foods.”
The location is also looking to add a small pantry area for a variety of grab and go items.
Inside will feature a small dining room along with the pantry, and they plan to add a large outdoor area that will wrap around the building giving additional seating. They are also hoping to connect the two restaurants either outside or through the building.
They are targeting a date of next early next year for opening, but could come earlier if everything goes right. They also expect to unveil a name soon, until then follow La Terraza for updates and potential item previews.
