They are not the only ones doing this in town, but the Pizzeria works up some of the best. A lot of this comes from their long history of pie making from owners Jeremy and Jacquelyn Pittman with their pie shop and catering company that they ran before opening the pizzeria.
Throughout the month they mix up some of their old favorites from the pie shop days along with new recipes, and family favorites that really only appear on this menu. Pies come by the slice, or give them 48 hours notice and they will make you a whole pie of your choice.
This week starts with blueberry pie followed by chocolate cream, key lime, white chocolate mousse, brown butter pecan, and coconut cream. They are changing things up this year and listing out the pies weekly instead of the whole month at once.
