New Restaurant and Bar, Sauced, Set to Open in April

Good things are happening in the Rodney Parham area just west of 430. What should be one of the major restaurant openings of the year, Sauced Bar & Oven is set to open mid-April in the Market Place Shopping center at 11121 N Rodney Parham Rd.
The 4,000 sf space will feature a large bar with 20 beers and 8 wines on tap, sourcing at least 80% local beers. In addition to their 106 seats inside, they will also have the only patio seating on that side of Market street shortly after opening.
On the food side they have brought together a strong culinary team of well known restaurant industry professionals. They are not quite ready to release the full team, but if you read our space regularly you will know almost all of them. The menu will focus heavy on pizzas with a premium meat, all cooked on a wood oven. Along with that they will have sandwiches, soups, a strong line up of salads, and charcuterie boards featuring their premium meats and cheeses.
From the draft menu we have seen there should be a lot to love here, and will be more than just another pizza place. Even on the pizza side they are pushing the limits with things like cajun pizza, pulled pork bbq, and a street taco themed carnitas pizza. The team is actively working through some of the recipes, but expect things that are not found at any other place in Little Rock.
They are shooting for a mid April opening. To start the space be open 5-6 days a week for dinner only, shortly after you can expect them to add lunch and weekend brunch following and be open all 7 days. The space will also feature a private dining area, and they hope to add catering options soon.
I hope to have more information as the menu and team finalizes along with a preview of some of the items.
