Little Rock Has a New Food Truck, Fork in the Road Ready to Roll

Rock City Eats has learned that Fork in the Road, Little Rock’s newest food truck, opened today for a soft run with an official full opening set for Saturday, January 17th.
The food truck, which will be located at The Home Depot in West Little Rock, will serve omelets, breakfast burritos and locally-sourced specials. This happens to be great news for West Little Rockers, such as myself, who are desperate need of quality breakfast options on this side of town.
“For lunch we’ll have a variety of chicken with various styles and sauces, along with wraps and cheesesteak sandwiches,” says head cook Megan Kessler. She adds, “We will be adding fresh baked cinnamon rolls soon after opening, and our dinner menu (for meets and fairs) will feature a variety of different entrees.”
Fork in the Road joins a group of Little Rock-area food trucks including: Waffle Wagon, The Southern Gourmasian, Katmandu MoMo, Hot Rod Weiners and The Beast, among others.
“We’ll be open 7:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. to start. And possibly open sooner as business demands,” says Kessler.
