Chuy's to Open North Little Rock Location

The Austin, TX based Chuy’s Tex-Mex announced their second location in central Arkansas this morning. The new location is expected to open in March at 5105 Warden Road North Little Rock, which is the former Saturn of Greater Little Rock location.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK (Nov. 17, 2014) – Chuy’s, the beloved Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant with a personality as spicy as its food, will open its second central Arkansas location in North Little Rock in March 2015. Chuy’s first Arkansas location opened in May 2013 in west Little Rock on Chenal Parkway.
For more than 30 years, Chuy’s has served quality Tex-Mex cuisine in a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Known for its fresh food, themenu features authentic family recipes from south Texas, New Mexico and Mexican border towns. Favorites include Stuffed Chile Rellenos, Chicka-Chicka-Boom-Boom Enchiladas and Chuy’s famous Big As Yo’ Face Burritos. Flour and corn tortillas are hand-rolled all day on the authentic comal located in the dining room, allowing customers to experience the freshness firsthand.
“We’re excited to bring Chuy’s to North Little Rock,” said Dallas Hagar, local owner-operator for the new Chuy’s at 5105 Warden Road. “Ever since we opened the Chuy’s on Chenal Parkway, customers have been begging for us to come to North Little Rock. We can’t wait to bring our authentic Tex-Mex to this community.”
Chuy’s made-from-scratch philosophy carries over to their La Chihuahua Bar. Bartenders arrive early every morning to hand squeeze limes for their famous Fresh Squeezed Lime Margaritas. North Little Rock can expect a new happy hour spot with Chuy’s Fully-Loaded Nacho Car, filled with fresh chips, salsa fresca, chile con queso, taco meat and more every weekday from 4pm-7pm.
In addition to the restaurant’s famous food and atmosphere, a cornerstone of the Chuy’s philosophy is giving back to the local community. A North Little Rock charity partner will be announced in December.
