Food delivery service, Chef Shuttle, started delivering warm dishes from a number of good restaurants in Little Rock about a year ago. At last check they are delivering from a little north of 100 restaurants in the Little Rock area.
Earlier this week we had a suspicion that the service pick this week to hit Conway after flyers began turning up around town. The Conway service will start with the following restaurants, but expect that to expand over time:
- Tazikis
- Patti Cake
- Stoby’s
- Purple Cow
- How Do You Roll?
- Las Palmas
- Mexico Chiquito
For those of you unfamiliar, Chef Shuttle partners with local restaurants for delivery. The service takes a percentage fee from the total order for providing the delivery. For users, you place the order from ChefShuttle.com and can pick from items the restaurant has selected to sell. You pay a $5 delivery fee and driver tip online once you place your order, then around 45 minutes later your food is delivered (usually) warm.
Conway is just the first stage of Chef Shuttle’s expansion. They hope to be operational in North West Arkansas and Memphis later this year.
